Welcome to B2C Betterment Service. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Independent Service Provider Disclosure

B2C Betterment Service (owned by Gokul Karthick) is an independent, third-party service center. We are not an authorized service center for any specific brand (such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Sony, etc.).

  • Any use of brand names or logos is strictly for descriptive purposes to indicate our expertise in repairing those specific products.

  • We do not represent any manufacturer.

2. Service Requests & Appointments

  • By booking a service via phone (0452 358 3102) or our website, you agree to provide an accurate description of the appliance fault and your location in Madurai.

  • Our technicians will provide a doorstep visit. A Visiting/Inspection Charge is applicable even if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician has diagnosed the issue.

3. Repair & Warranty

  • Repairs are carried out using high-quality, compatible spare parts.

  • Warranty on Parts: Any warranty on replaced parts is provided by the manufacturer of the part and not by B2C Betterment Service unless specifically stated in writing on your service invoice.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the appliance or issues that arise due to the age and wear-and-tear of the machine.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service or repair.

  • We accept payments via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer as discussed at the time of service.

  • Prices quoted are based on the technician’s physical inspection and may change if additional faults are discovered during the repair process.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that an adult is present at the doorstep during the service visit.

  • Please ensure that the appliance is accessible and that there is a safe working environment (power supply, water access for washing machines, etc.) for our technician.

6. Limitation of Liability

B2C Betterment Service and Gokul Karthick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of an appliance. Since we are a third-party center, using our services may void your manufacturer’s original warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their warranty status before booking.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
